Taiwan Souvenir

This month we have new Yamazakura’s leaflets in Taiwan, therefore, we took two leaflets and turned them into silver leaves. The silver sculpture of their flower buds was also enclosed to form a composition of Taiwan souvenir.

Elephant ear

Elephant ear is a plant with leaves shaped like an elephant's ear with large, thick leaves. Elephant ear leaf was turned into its unique shape as a memorial silver leaf. The silver leaf weighed 56 grams and measured 9.2 cm by 12.5 cm.

Two Taiwan Wild Grape Leaves

Taiwan wild grape leaf not only has jagged edges but also has nice vein structure. To hold their beautiful texture, two Taiwan wild grape leaves were changed into their unique silver sculptures.

Two maple leaves with a stem

Two maple leaves with a stem is a nice composition. As shown in the following pictures, we changed two Taipei maple leaves with a stem into their unique silver sculpture.

Bodhi leaf

The Bodhi tree (Bo-tree) is recognizable by its heart-shaped leaf. To keep the interesting shape of the leaf is valuable. As shown in the following pictures, therefore, a Bodhi leaf was changed into its silver sculpture.

Sakura flower buds and leaf

Only flower buds remain on our sakura trees at this time. As the composition of the flower buds with a leaf is a nice picture, hence we changed the sakura flower buds and a leaf into their silver sculptures.

Coffea stems and leaves

Coffee is a popular brewed beverage, however, most people had not seen coffea stems and leaves. It is valuable to show their shapes, therefore, coffea stems and leaves were changed into their beautiful silver sculptures at our lab.
